Meet Cadence Community Manager Randy Ellis

Cadence is pleased to introduce Randy Ellis as the CCMC community manager for Cadence in Mesa, Arizona. Under direction of the Board of Directors, Randy will be responsible for the daily business operations and management direction of the Cadence at Gateway Community Association. He will oversee service contractors, advise the Board and serve as an integral part of the leadership of the community.

Randy’s experience building strong working relationships with developers, builders and residents will introduce the community to CCMC’s service-first culture. He will be readily available to organize a variety of social opportunities and events to promote and preserve the Cadence community and culture. Residents will find his friendly, approachable demeanor a pleasant addition to the community. “Working together as a team, we can accomplish our goal of establishing Cadence as an exciting premier community within Phoenix’s fast-growing East Valley,” said Randy. “I feel truly honored to have been selected to lead this new and exciting community.”

Randy’s charitable efforts outside of work are inspiring, as he has organized building inner city playgrounds and renovations for a Veterans Affairs transition home in Indianapolis. He enjoys playing guitar and singing, walking his dog and spending time with friends and family.

Randy’s professional experience makes him well suited to his role as community manager. For the past several years, he has served as general manager for Heron Bay Community Association in south Florida, leading many large projects and renovations. Over the span of his career, he has held a number of roles in commercial property management, including 20 years managing commercial properties for United Parcel Service. He holds the Florida Community Association Manager certification.

“Randy is an excellent addition to the Community Association Management (CCMC) team at Cadence,” said CCMC Vice President Brandon Exline. “His project management background and association experience make him the ideal fit for what is sure to be one of Mesa’s finest communities.” We extend a hearty welcome to Randy as he begins his role as community manager at Cadence.
