Trout in the spring and summer is the best!!! After even a short Arizona winter, we look forward to light foods that are good for us. These trout came from Wisconsin, but Arizona is known for its great trout too!
The trick to perfect trout is keeping it simple!
Simply brush rainbow trout filets with olive oil, butter, lemon, and fresh herbs, lightly salt and pepper to taste, and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
