Arrival at Cadence, the commercial center for Cadence residents and area neighbors, is under way. Construction has begun and the center will be welcoming Black Rock Coffee Bar, Burger King, McDonald’s, a QuikTrip (QT) convenience store with a fuel station as well as Mountainside Fitness with more businesses coming soon.
Construction of Mountainside Fitness is on schedule. The initial earthwork is complete, the footings are placed, several courses of block have been laid throughout, with block work continuing and then grouted.
Cadence residents will soon benefit from having a commercial retail area at their front door, located off Ellsworth, just south of Ray. Residents can ride their bikes, stroll or walk to Arrival without having to leave Cadence. Black Rock Coffee plans to serves up their signature delicious coffee drinks along with food and snacks. Residents will soon be able to grab a quick bite at Burger King and McDonald’s and stop at QT for fuel and convenience store items.
Arrival at Cadence is designed with a dozen commercial pads that will include approximately 20 businesses at completion. Approved uses include retail, restaurants including quick service, sit-down and fast food, a fuel station, medical and office space and more.
We’re looking forward to additional commercial development at Arrival this spring and summer. Be sure to check back for more details in the near future as Arrival announces new tenants: https://cadenceaz.com/community-map/arrival-at-cadence/
