Cadence Records Eighth Fastest Home Sales Among Arizona Masterplans

Phase 1 90% Sold, Phase 2 and 3 Launch Simultaneously Due to Demand

Each year, industry leader RCLCo Real Estate Advisors conduct a national survey identifying the top-selling master-planned communities in each major metropolitan area. According to their January 3, 2020 report* home sales at Cadence at Gateway place it in the top eight of all Arizona master-planned communities (MPC) for 2019 and as the 43rd fastest selling MPC in the nation.

According to the report as of January 2020** recorded home sales at top-selling Phoenix-area, master-planned communities are as follows:

  1. Eastmark (Mesa, Ariz.) – 1,011 sold
  2. Verrado (Buckeye, Ariz.) – 602 sold
  3. Tarteso (Buckeye, Ariz.) – 545 sold
  4. Meridian Queen Creek, Ariz.) – 484 sold
  5. The Meadows (Phoenix, Ariz.) – 477 sold
  6. Estrella (Goodyear, Ariz.) – 452 sold
  7. Vistancia (Peoria, Ariz.) – 428 sold
  8. Cadence at Gateway (Mesa, Ariz.) – 390 sold

Brislin added, “This is especially exciting when you consider Cadence is far smaller than most of the other communities listed. In fact, we’re happy to report Cadence at Gateway’s phase one is 90 percent sold since our grand opening in October 2019.”

One major differentiator for Cadence versus other area master-planned communities, is the amount and breadth of amenities for such an intimate community, and that the amenities are already available to the first homeowners. With just nine neighborhoods, Phase 1 homeowners are already enjoying the resort-style pool complex including double twisty water slides, spa, lap pool, ramada, outdoor tennis, sports and bocce ball courts, indoor fitness center, spin room, yoga studio and a games area that were open day one.

Cadence recently announced 869 additional homes will be available as part of its Phase 2 and 3 with nationally-recognized builders Lennar Homes, Maracay and Toll Brothers building in 12 additional neighborhoods.
