Kim Anderson of Kim Anderson Design have been selected by Harvard Investments as the interior design team for The Square — a 12,000 square-foot community center set in a town-square type environment at the heart of Cadence at Gateway in Mesa. An accomplished Interior design expert with more than 15 years experience focused on high-end residential and community resorts, Kim Anderson and her team will focus on a variety of gathering spaces inside The Square including a Café-Style Hangout, Visitor’s Center, Community Center, Chute Pool Complex, Fitness Center and more.     “Our team works to create spaces that are fresh and unexpected, yet approachable and modern,” explained Kim Anderson, Principal of Kim Anderson Design. “Specializing in making community spaces feel residential by layering textures and elements, our team has welcomed this opportunity to partner with Harvard Investments on the premier master-planned community in the Valley.”     Kim Anderson Design’s team is working on all the buildings at The Square at Cadence at Gateway including indoor/outdoor meeting spaces, events center, resort-style pools and more.
