Maracay Begins Pre-Sales on 127 Homes This January in Cadence at Gateway

Maracay®, a member of the TRI Pointe Group® family of premium home builders headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, is delighted to announce it will begin presales on 127 homes in two new neighborhoods in the Mesa master-planned community of Cadence at Gateway this month. Maracay’s homes are designed specifically to suit a variety of living situations and provide maximum performance, convenience and cost efficiency to homeowners.

“It’s wonderful to welcome Maracay to the growing Cadence community,” said Tim Brislin, Vice President of Harvard Investments, the Arizona-based real estate investment and development company that developed the Cadence community. “Maracay is a leading Arizona builder that we’ve been fortunate to collaborate with on other premier communities across the West. They are incredibly insightful into what today’s home buyers want in a new home, providing smart designs and floor plans that exceed both lifestyle and environmental expectations.”

Maracay will have two neighborhoods in the final residential phase of Cadence. Both will include two-story homes ranging from approximately 1,800 to 2,500 square feet, and four different floor plan options. Maracay will offer unique choices in Spanish, Bungalow and Farmhouse elevations, providing an attractive variety to Cadence home buyers.

Both neighborhoods will be located just south of the community’s resort-style pool, tennis and bocce ball courts, as well as the popular amenity center with fitness facilities, a game room and meeting spaces. The neighborhoods will have their own parks which will be connected to the 12-mile trail system at Cadence, a popular feature that seamlessly connects the walkable community.

Recognized as a 2018 LEED Homes Award Power Builder, the Maracay LEED® Certified homes will feature water-efficient fixtures, LED lighting, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, Energy Star® appliances, WiFi-enabled programmable thermostats, and more. LEED® homes are designed to use 30 to 50 percent less energy than typical homes.
