With Phase 1 essentially sold out and brand new The Strand neighborhood selling at record pace, homes continue to move fast at Cadence at Gateway.
Phase 2 consists of six Lennar neighborhoods which surround the community’s newly built elementary school, Queen Creek Unified School District’s Silver Valley Elementary School. These neighborhoods are west of Crismon Road and north of Williams Field Road. Lennar is successfully pre-selling neighborhoods now with models available to tour by appointment.
Phase 2 lot sizes span a range from 55′ x 60′, 43’ x 125’, 63′ x 125′ and 68′ x 124′. Single-story and two-story homes are offered, and floor plans range from 1,760 square feet to 2,958 square feet. Phase 2 will have five neighborhood parks.
Phase 3, the final single-family home phase for Cadence, is just east of Silver Valley Elementary School, east of Crismon Road and north of Williams Field Road. Phase 3 will have four Toll Brothers neighborhoods and two Maracay Homes neighborhoods. Phase 3 will have two neighborhood parks.
Essential infrastructure work continues as scheduled and safety remains the priority. Dry utilities including cable, electric, telephone, natural gas, television and fiber optics are being installed. Additional concrete work and wet utilities are also being completed including installation of pipe for storm drains and water systems. Sewer work has been completed along Crimson Road and the next section of Cadence Parkway has been paved. Streetlights and landscaping will soon be added along this portion of Cadence Parkway.
Local contractors including DCS Contracting, Sunwest Underground, Cissell Electric, M.R. Tanner and R&J Utilities continue to work collaboratively under the supervision of Otago Development to shape the next phases of the new community.
