The past six months have been busy at Cadence. Since its Grand Opening in late October, Cadence homes continue to be built and sold, and more than 60 neighbors have moved in.
Harvard Investments, the developers of Cadence, just completed another playground near the main entrance off of Ellsworth, and just steps away from two new Cadence neighborhoods. The newest playground features a large flexible climbing structure that should be popular for all ages, as well as sitting area and brightly colored, soft, geometric surfacing.
Cadence Parkway continues progressing with the final palm trees and landscaping being installed before the summer months begin. Infrastructure – including roads, curbing and sidewalks – for the final Phase One Newport Homes neighborhood is also nearing completion.
Perhaps most exciting to residents and neighbors— Silver Valley Elementary, Cadence at Gateway’s neighborhood elementary school—is right on schedule to open this July. With its first classes of enrolled students, July will be an exciting month at Cadence! This new school is part of the highly rated Queen Creek School District. Interior teaching and learning spaces are nearly complete, with new furniture and fixtures installed in June – just in time for opening – and final landscaping occurring over the summer.
