Toll Brothers to Begin Pre-Sales on 250 Homes this October

Arizona-based real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments announced today that Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, will begin pre-sales at Cadence at Gateway this October. The homes will be within several neighborhoods in the third and final residential phase of 250 home sites in Cadence, a vibrant master-planned community on 464 acres along the bustling Gateway corridor in Mesa.

Located one mile east of Ellsworth Road between Ray and Williams Field Roads, the Toll Brothers neighborhoods will feature two collections of homes, Mosaic and Montage, with four on-site models anticipated to debut in November 2020.

The Mosaic Collection will showcase 148 single family homes ranging from approximately 1,944 to 3,011 square feet on 6,000 square-foot home sites. Additional Mosaic Collection features include:

  • Six floor plans
  • Three to five bedrooms
  • Two to three and a half bathrooms
  • Two and two and a half-car garages
  • Enhanced architecture with Spanish, Ranch, Bungalow, Modern, Farmhouse, and Contemporary designs

Toll Brothers Montage Collection will comprise 118 homes ranging from approximately 2,631 to 3,585square feet on 7,250 square-foot home sites. Additionally, the Montage Collection will feature:

  • Five floor plans
  • Four to six bedrooms
  • Three to four and a half bathrooms
  • Two and three-car garages
  • Distinct Farmhouse, Spanish, Bungalow, Ranch, Modern, and Contemporary Farmhouse architecture

The community was engineered by EPS Group, and land planned by Greey Pickett (Wendell Pickett), with Otago Development as the General Contractor. The Cadence community centers around The Square feature a spacious community center, fitness center, visitor center, game room, event and sport lawns, resort-style pools, tennis and bocce courts, a garden, and multiple indoor and outdoor fitness areas.
